This place was so far above the level of airport food, it is unbelievable... The absolute best breakfast food you will have in your entire life... we wish they had locations outside of the airport!!! Plates came fully seasoned, not requiring a speck of salt or pepper... potatoes light and crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside... Drinks were excellent... Service impeccable... FIVE STAR Perfection!
Though every restaurant in an airport is overpriced, First Quarter is actually worth it. The service is absolutely amazing! The waiter, Ever, made us feel like long time friends. Other staff also asked how things were and if we needed anything, just ask. We are really in an airport! The nachos were very good and loaded! Cheese, pork, jalapeños, onions. Eat with a fork because they are messy. My husband got the wings. Also tasty and messy. He enjoyed them and asked for help cleaning up. (A cup of hot water was appreciated) We don't fly through here often but if we come back we will stop at First Quarter!
